Announcement of result for Afghanistan's presidential runoff was postponed because of recounting ballot in one-third of the polling centers. Abdullah Abdullah, who is candidate of the presidential election, said the election commission's count of seven million votes was suspiciously higher than population of Afghanistan. Meanwhile, Ghani, who is another candidate, said the election was free and fair.
This election is very important for Afghanistan because this is the first democratic transition. Second reason is many women voter cast their votes although Taliban's threats. So this problem should be investigated thoroughly. Actually, a claim that is similar to this case was brought up after presidential election of Korea. But, over time, claim was forgotten by the people. Election is a flower of democracy. So fraudulent election should be punished.

2. Taliban set fire to 200 fuel trucks in Afghanistan
A Taliban bomb attack on Kabul set ablaze 200 fuel trucks that were supplying foreign troops. The incident comes as the Taliban steps up attacks with NATO forces due to complete their withdrawal from Afghanistan by the end of the year.
Except this incident, Taliban committed many terrorist acts these days. I think their way for demanding is wrong. They should demand their claim by an official contact, peaceful way; NOT damage other people. Especially, NATO forces are stationed at Afghanistan because of keep peace of country. Such terrorism produce bad results; extension of station of NATO. So I think Taliban should stop terror.

3. Afghanistan-India: A Renewed Partnership
Afghanistan and India are establishing a firm cooperative relationship. Relationship of two country was started by India's support for stabilization and reconstruction of Afghanistan after fall of the Taliban in 2001. That support was possible because two countries had common history and civilization. Relationship progress more, two country signed a Strategic Partnership Agreement. Taking this opportunity, a relationship will be strong more.
I chose this article because relationship of two countries is similar to Korea and U.S. ;started from support. I think this relationship is good. But Afghanistan should try independence from support of another country. Their relationship must just diplomatic relationship. Because excessively dependent attitude to India will get bad result for Afghanistan.
